PRICING
The majority of the styles have the ability to flash. Also, these styles have the adapter you see below that allows you to hang them on the wall. The back of the base mounts onto the wall. Once you mount that on the wall, you plug in the L shaped adapter and then put the actual neon into the adapter. Please see the picture below.
